Short Summary of eSheBee Institute
eSheBee Enterprise is a private enterprise founded in 2015 by Mohammad Mosharef Hussain. It is the flagship initiative of the eSheBee Programme, which collaborates with various GO-NGO agencies. eSheBee conducts research and training for women entrepreneurs on women entrepreneurship development and sector specific skill development. eSheBee Institute and Caregiving Agency is registered with Dhaka North City Corporation. At the same time eSheBee has valid trade license obtained from Kamalganj Municipal Office of Moulvibazar District (TL No. 0298) as well as membership under Moulvibazar Chamber of Commerce and Industries (Membership No-3541) and Jute Diversified Promotion Center (JDPC) and Ministry of Jute. eSheBee continues research to keep its women entrepreneurship development model up to date by involving university students and other scholars. Click here to learn more about eSheBee. eSheBee introduced new dimension of Social Entrepreneurship called ESR (Entrepreneurs’ Social Responsibilities). eSheBee has been providing research supports to various research and development agencies, academies and media teams home and abroad. The support includes supervision, data collection, analysis, report writing, translation, interpretition etc with well reputation. eSheBee also provides internship to University students and other scholars specifically uplift their skills in the field of research and training
Since we have pioneered the eSheBee women entrepreneurship development model in Bangladesh as a social enterprise we have identified many of the research needs and interestingly the project idea matches with our requirement. I hope the smooth implementation of this project and its findings will reduce our research burdens as well as other social entrepreneurship stakeholders.
As one of the core objectives of eSheBee is to introduce new dimensions in Social Entrepreneurship eSheBee and its broader objectives will benefit from the project DataForSE through getting involved with it, specifically working with the scholars as well as utilizing the findings of the project.
eSheBee has established a very good network across the country and earned reputation in the field of social enterpreneuship. In this way we can add following support to the project in terms of authentic data collection and management.
How you can get an internship from our institute
We are pleased to inform you that we are offering you an unpaid internship for 3/6 months for mobile application development project under eSheBee Institute by fulfilling the following conditions. If you are interested to come and intership in our institute, read the following points and decide. Besides, we also provide online A and internships. Read on to know that.
1. Responsibilities
• Developing mobile app for eSheBee Enterprises.
• Doing any other task assigned by the supervisor.
2. Working Hours
Your working hours will be as follows: Sunday-Thursday: 9 am- 6 pm based on the workload time could be flexible, but you have to work a minimum of 8 hours. Flexibility of time will be decided in consolation with the supervisor.
Lunch Break: 1 hour (1 pm - 2 pm)
However, in case of an emergency flexi hours will be applicable for your work in the project.
3. Allocated Place of Work You will be based at the company’s Dhaka liaison office.
However, in case of emergency you will be allowed to home-office to work on the project.
4. Weekly Holiday: You will get 2day leave as a weekly holiday.
In your internship period you can’t take any other leaves.
5.Terms & Conditions:
a) a) You shall not, during or after the period of your employment with the Institute, divulge enterprise matters or secrets to any other person or use or attempt to use any information you may acquire during your internship in any manner which may not cause loss or damage to the enterprise. no You must take care of all information and data of the Institute. You should not use them for your personal use and should not abuse them.
b) All kin of Source Codes, Design, Intellectual Properties (IP)documents should be well documented and submitted to your supervisor.
c) eSheBee Enterprises reserves the right to patent the final product to be developed by the project team including you as a developer as it’s intellectual property by its name with proper recognition to the team members.
d) You must complete these projects within 1 to 3 months maximum in case of 3 months work. And in the case of 6 months project, the work should be completed within 1 to 6 months.
6. Facilities you will get If you successfully continue and complete the project (subject to be certified by your supervisor), you will get-
(6-a) team support& supervision for this project along withextensive learning opportunity.
(6-b) a certificate of appreciation upon completion the project.
(6-c) recognition of your works for this project in case ofeSheBee submits this app in any competition or award program and also for the promotion of this app.
(6-d) opportunity to work in the further development of the app.
(6-e) opportunity to become aneSheBee Associatethrough this contribution.
(6-f) opportunity to become a partnerof eSheBeeEnterprisesif it is decided to launch any commercial venture based on this project.
(6-g) Opportunity to be employed as a paid employee in any suitable position of eSheBee Enterprises and/or its Associate Enterprises (Subject to availability of vacancy). You have to handover all of the documents, assets during your internship period after completion of the internship.
Our previous internship experience:
Between May-June, 2019, eSheBee Enterprises researched “How Entrepreneurship Training Can Help Ethnic Minorities in North-East Bangladesh/Sylhet Region” with students from the University of Edinburgh. Which is their self-financed trip and all expenses were arranged by themselves or their university. Click here to learn more about it.
The benefits that eSheBee provides:
a) Enable research access to eSheBee everyday activities, data practices, databases and stakeholders.
b) The research team would require time from eSheBee staff and engaging in participant observation
c) eSheBee will Provide office space and deploy the survey of 15 SEs in Bangladesh
d) Office space in Dhaka for 5 months (costed at 1,185 GBP)
e) Consultancy for 1 month for survey work (costed at 3,350 GBP)
f) eSheBee will also provide in-kind support to engage with academia (staff time, provision of expertise and knowledge, communication, travel, meeting, workshop, orientation, entertainment, office equipment, printing etc) for 5 months (estimated cost at 6,000 GBP).

Step-1 First select the appropriate subject of internship with the program you are in.
Step-2 Submit your papers by contacting eSheBee and collect the offer letter if the papers are accepted by the eSheBee.

Step-4 If you are a Bangladeshi: If you are a Bangladeshi citizen living in Bangladesh, come and contact our organization.
Step-4 If you are a foreigner: If you are a foreigner contact us for all the visa paperwork and assistance. Process the visa. Collect more necessary documents from us after getting the visa.
Step-5 Confirm your arrival by contacting us at least one/two weeks before your visit.
How you can get internship from our institute through online

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
2. Working hours
Your working hours will be as follows: You can work any time on any day of the week, but you must work a minimum of 5 working hours per day. Time flexibility will be decided in consultation with the supervisor. But your working hours will be monitored by an automated application.
However, flexi hours will apply to work on your project in case of emergency.
3. Allocation of work space Since you have decided to do the internship online, you can do it at your home, your institution or anywhere.
4. Weekends: You will get 1 day off as weekend. On the day you don't have to give any work updates.
You cannot take any other leave during your internship period.
5.
