We are quite happy to be associated with RGNYID. We have lots of expectation from RGNYID. These initial days we have good experience with Mr Mosharraf and what I found that, though this for five days program is so lengthy but we learn a lot. We supposed to send a proposal to Mr Mosharraf to visit Bangladesh and get first-hand knowledge from them with the collaboration of RGNYID. It is impressed me a lot. Hope it is not gone and we can do it. This is my personal experience. We know the problems of RGNYID. I know it would be difficult but I think it’s possible. We are happy for your facilitation. We are grateful and we are so convey our regards to honorable director. I will also present one aspects of this training program, that we can organize sustainable training program for our NY base like 3/5 days training program. It will really beneficial for them.

আমি একটি উপজাতীয় জেলা পরিচালনা করছি সুতরাং এই ধরণের প্রশিক্ষণ আমার পক্ষে এই উপজাতীয় অঞ্চলে উদ্যোক্তা কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে সত্যি সহায়ক হবে।তবে, আমাকে সঠিকভাবে জানানো হয়নি যে এটি একটি ওরিয়েন্টেশন প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম। এই ৫ দিনের ওরিয়েন্টেশন প্রশিক্ষণটি ঠিক আছে তবে আমাদের আলোচনা করার সময় এটি আরও সহায়ক এবং আরও তথ্যপূর্ণ হওয়া উচিত। এই জাতীয় উদ্যোগ সম্ভব এবং আমরা সহযোগিতা করব। লজিস্টিক চুক্তি হওয়া ভাল। এখানে সামান্য থাকার সমস্যা আছে,তবে পরের বারের এটি লক্ষ্য রাখা হবে। আমি আমার সহকর্মীর কাছ থেকে শুনে এই প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচিতে যোগদান করেছি এবং কিছুটা জ্ঞান পেয়েছি যা আমি আমার জেলায় বাস্তবায়ন করতে পারি। মোশাররফ খুব সহায়তাপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি, তার তত্ত্বটি খুব ভাল বোঝা যায়। আমি ১৯৯২ সালে অধ্যাপক মুহাম্মদ ইউনূসের সাথে অফিসিয়াল ব্যাপারগুলির জন্য বাংলাদেশের চট্টগ্রাম এবং অন্যান্য অঞ্চলে এসেছি। সুতরাং এটি সত্যিই নতুন ধরণের প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচী রয়েছে। আপনাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ ।

I am handling a tribal district so this type of training is really helpful for me to implement entrepreneurship programs in this tribal area. But one thing I was not informed about properly is orientation training. Its 5 days orientation training is all right but it should be more helpful and more informative when we discussed. This type of initiative is possible and we will cooperate. Logistics arrangements are good. Little bit of the accommodation problem here next time will be taken care of. I joined this training program after hearing from my colleague and get some knowledge which I can implement in my district. Mr Mosharraf is a very good resource person; his theory is very good and understandable. I have been to Bangladesh in Chittagong and particular areas for official issues. With Professor Dr. Younus during 1992. So it’s a really new type of training program. Thank you very much.

এটি একটি প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম ছিল। আমরা বেশ কয়েকটি সময় প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমের ব্যবস্থা করি। প্রশিক্ষণের সমস্ত কার্যক্রম আলাদা। জনাব মোশাররফের ধারণা যা তাঁর নিজস্ব ভাষায় আইসিটি সরঞ্জামের মাধ্যমে উপস্থাপিত হয়েছে তা আমাদের দেশের ধারণার অনুরূপ। আমরা শহুরে নারীদের এড়াতে পারি, তবে গ্রামীণ নারীরা কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে পারে এবং সঠিক প্রশিক্ষণের অভাবে আর্থিক সুবিধা পেতে পারে না। তারা কেবল বাড়িতে এবং মাঠে কাজ করছেন। তবে এই প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে আমরা তাদেরকে তাদেরকে নারী উদ্যোক্তা হিসাবে তৈরি করতে পারি।

It was a training program. We arrange training programs several times. All of the training programs are different. The concept of Mr. Mosharraf, which is presented in his own language through ICT tools, is similar to our country’s concept. We can escape urban women, but rural women can work hard and can’t get financial benefit for the lack of proper training. They are working only in the house and field. But with this training program we can involve them and make them women entrepreneurs.

আমি দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর থেকে এসেছি এবং আমরা চার জন অফিসার এখানে আছি। এবং আসলে এটি আমাদের জন্য জয়ের পতনের খেলা। প্রথমে আমি জনাব মোশাররফকে ধন্যবাদ জানাতে চাই কারণ তিনি দুর্দান্ত কাজ করেছেন। তিনি ৫ দিনের জন্য একক হাতে প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করছেন যা সত্যই কঠিন এবং বেশ সম্ভব, তবে তিনি দুর্দান্ত কাজ করেছেন এবং প্রতিবারই তিনি উদ্ভাবনী কৌশল গ্রহণ করেন। দ্বিতীয়ত আমরা ১৯৯০ সাল থেকে এসএসজির সাথে কাজ করছি। ১৯৯৭ সালে আমি এই কাজে যোগ দিয়েছি, তাই এসএসজির নারীদের সাথে কাজ করার সুযোগ প্রথম থেকেই পেয়েছি। পশ্চিমে বেঙ্গলে আমাদের ৭টি মন্ত্রণালয় রয়েছে, এখনও পর্যন্ত পশ্চিম বঙ্গে এসএসজি ১৯৯০ সাল থেকে প্রথম সমবায় খাতে শুরু করেছে। এবং পরে আমি নারী সমবায় নিয়ে কাজ করার সুযোগ পেয়েছি, আসলে আমি এই সমিতি পেয়েছি দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুরে, এটি আলো নারী সমবায় নামে পরিচিত। এটি ২০১৫ সাল থেকে শুরু হয়েছিল এবং তার পরে রাজ্য সরকার এটিকে একটি মডেল হিসাবে তৈরি করে। ইতিমধ্যে প্রচুর গবেষক সে বিষয়ে তাদের গবেষণা করেছেন। আমি ইতিমধ্যে ৫টি থানায় এই মডেলটি বাস্তবায়ন করেছি। বর্তমানে প্রায় এই সমবায়গুলির সাথে ১০০০০ নারী জড়িত। ই-সেবী মডেল সম্পর্কে এখানে আমি যা বুঝলাম তা হ’ল আইসিটির সরঞ্জাম সমূহ। এটিই য়াম্র জন্যে এখান থেকে শিখা একটি নতুন পাঠ। আমাদের মডেল কিছুটা আলাদা। তবে আমাদের কাছে এটিই হ’ল আমরা কীভাবে বিপণনের জন্য আইসিটি সরঞ্জামগুলি ব্যবহার করতে পারি পাশাপাশি কাঁচামালের সোসোর্সও ব্যবহার করতে পারি। আমি ইতিমধ্যে এই মডেলটি সম্পর্কে ভাবতে শুরু করেছি এবং আমাদের এলাকা গুলোতে এটি প্রয়োগ করার চেষ্টা করবো। তবে এখানে ই-সেবী মডেল সম্পর্কে আমার কিছুটা সন্দেহ আছে। এই মডেলটি বিনিয়োগকারীদের এবং বেশিরভাগ দেবদূত বিনিয়োগকারীদের অর্থায়নের উপর ভিত্তি করে। এবং তারা সুদ ছাড়াই বিনিয়োগ করছে, আমি জানি না এটি টেকসই কি না। এটি ছাড়াও এটি বেশ ভাল মডেল। আরজিএনওয়াইডি এবং এনওয়াইকে-র যদি কোনও সম্ভাবনা থাকে তবে আমরা গ্রামীণ নারীদের ক্ষমতায়নের জন্য একসাথে কাজ করতে পার।

I am from South Dinajpur and we are 4 of our officer are here. And actually this is win fall game for us. First off all i want thanks to Mr. Mosharraf because he did excellent job. He has conducting a tanning program in a single hand for 5 days which is really difficult and quite possible, but he did excellent and every time he takes innovative techniques. Secondly we are working with SSGs since 1990. I joined this service in 1997, so I have the opportunity from the very beginning to work with SSGs women’s. In west bengle have 7 ministry, so far the cooperative is concern in west bengle SSG is started in cooperative sector first since 1990. And later on I have the opportunities to work with women cooperative actually I found that cooperative in South Dinajpur called ALO MOHILA cooperative. It was starting from 2015 and after that state government make it a model. Lots of researchers already done the research on that. I already implement this in 5 thanas. At present approx. 10000 women are involve with this cooperatives. My understanding here about eSheBee model is the tools of ICT. This is the new lesson I have learned from here. Our model is quietly different. But for us this is the lesson how we can use the ICT tools for marketing as well as raw materials sourcing. I already started thinking about this model and will try to implement in our areas. But here I have slight doubt about eSheBee model. This model is based on investors and funding mostly angle investors. And they are investing without interest, I don’t know that is sustainable or not. Besides this it is quite good model. If there is any possibility from RGNYID and NYKs we can work together for empowering rural women.

Throughout my 10 years working experience I have been serving SSG sector. This type of training where the empowerment of women is more attractive to me personally. Because I have acute interest in this sector. This program will be beneficial for me and my other colleague too. Women empowerment can be possible with this scientific way. I am thankful to Mr. M V Raul who sent us to take this training. I am quite surprised about Mr. Mosharraf and eSheBee model. I can learn new and interesting information. আমি গত ৫ দিন থেকে এই প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমে অংশ নেই। নারী উদ্যোক্তা মডিউল এর উপর ই-সেবীর বিশেষ মডেল যা ই-কমার্স এবং সামাজিক মিডিয়া উপর ভিত্তি করে করা হয়েছে তা খুব প্রয়োজনীয়। এটি নতুন ধারণা যা জনাব মোশাররফের কাছ থেকে শিখেছি। তিনি এই উদ্যোক্তা কার্যক্রমের জন্য বিভিন্ন প্রবেশদ্বার ব্যবহার করছেন। এটি আমাদের পক্ষে বেশ অজানা। তিনি তার উপস্থাপনায় বিভিন্ন সামগ্রী ব্যবহার করছেন। আমি মনে করি পশ্চিম বঙ্গে এটি সম্ভব বিশেষত এসইজি গ্রুপের সদস্যদের মধ্যে। গ্রামাঞ্চলে এই জাতীয় ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম যুবতী নারী উদ্যোক্তাদেরকে বাজারের প্রবেশপথ করে দেওয়ার পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন উৎস থেকে কাঁচামাল পেতে সহায়তা করবে। সুতরাং, এটি আমাদের জন্য খুব ভাল এবং নতুন ধারণা। আমরা অবশ্যই এটিতে কাজ করবো। হুগলি জেলার আমার অঞ্চল থেকে কিছু উদ্যোক্তা এই অধিবেশনটিতে উপস্থিত হন এবং তাদের পণ্যগুলি প্রদর্শন করেন। তারা তাদের সমস্যা ও সুযোগ নিয়েও আলোচনা করেছিলেন। তাই আমি এখন কিছু সমাধান দিতে পারবো যা গত কয়েকদিনে এখান থেকে শিখলাম।এখন আমি তাদের শিখাতে পারবো কীভাবে তাদের পণ্য বিক্রির জন্য ই-কমার্স সাইট ব্যবহার করতে হয় এবং বিভিন্ন উৎস থেকে কাঁচামাল কেনা যায়। যেহেতু আমি হস্তশিল্পের পণ্য এবং পর্যটন প্রকল্পের কিছু কারণ সম্পর্কে জনাব মোশাররফের সাথে আলোচনা করেছি, আমি মনে করি খাদ্য প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ এর মত জায়গা গুলোতে উৎপাদন প্রশস্তকরণ করা উচিত, বস্ত্রপরিচ্ছদ গুলিও এই ধরণের প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচির অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।এই সমস্ত কিছুই সম্ভব এবং আমি এখান থেকে অনেক জিনিস শিখছি।

I attend this training program since last 5 days. The particular model of eSheBee about women entrepreneurship module which has been based on ecommerce and social media is very much useful. This is new idea which is learned from Mr. Mosharraf. He is using different portal for this entrepreneurship program. That is quite unknown for us. He is using different content in his presentation. I think it is very much possible in west bangle particularly in rural area among SEG group members. That kind of ecommerce platform will provide market accessibility to the young women entrepreneur as well as to get raw materials from the different sources. So, it’s a very good idea and also new for us. We work on it. Some entrepreneur from my area in Highly district attend this session and exhibit their products. They also discussed their problems and opportunity. So now i can provide the solution which i learn from here in last few days. Now i can teach them how to use ecommerce site for selling their products and purchase raw materials from the different sources. As i discussed with Mr. Mosharraf about handicraft products and some causes is tourism project. I think production based should be widen in different areas like food processing, textiles maybe included in that kind of training program. All of these things is very much possible and i learn lots of things from here.

আমি দার্জিলিং এছাড়াও জলপাইগুড়ি এবং কুচবিহার থেকে এসেছি। প্রশিক্ষণ অংশটি ইতিমধ্যে জনাব মোশাররফ এবং অন্যান্য অহযোগীরা আলোচনা করেছে। আমি গ্রাম পর্যটন সম্পর্কে আমার ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতাগুলির একটি যোগ করতে চাই। এক বছর আগে আমি অতিথিদের সাথে আমার এলাকা বিশেষত গ্রাম্য এলাকা পরিদর্শন করেছিলাম; তাদের প্রচুর কমলা বাগান এবং সুন্দর বাড়ি দেখে আমি অবাক হয়েছি। তারপরে আমি গ্রাম্য ভ্রমণ সম্পর্কে ভেবেছিলাম এবং ভাবনাটি তাদের সাথে ভাগ করে নিই। আমি তাদের পর্যটকদের থাকার জন্য কিছু ভাল জায়গা তৈরি করতে এবং স্থানীয় খাবার পরিবেশন করতে বলেছিলাম। তারা তা করেছে এবং আমার সহকর্মী সম্প্রতি সেই জায়গাটি পরিদর্শন করেছেন এবং তাঁর আশ্চর্যজনক অভিজ্ঞতা আমার সাথে ভাগ করে নিয়েছেন। জনাব মোশাররফ তাই আমি মনে করি, এই প্রযুক্তিগত ধারণাটি খুব ভাল। অবশেষে আমি বলতে চাই এটি সহজ নয় তবে আমরা চেষ্টা করতে পারি। এটি বাস্তবায়নের জন্য আমাদের কিছু আবেগ এবং গভীর ইচ্ছা থাকা দরকার।

I am from Darjeeling and also Jalpaiguri and KuchBehar. The training part already discussed by Mr Mosharraf and other facilitators. I want to add and share one of my personal experience about village tourism. One year back I was visited my area specifically in village area with other guests; I was surprised to see their lots of orange orchard and beautiful houses. Then I thought about village tourism and share with them. I asked to make some good palace for tourist for residence and serve them local food. They did and my colleague recently visited that place and share his surprising experience. So what I think that this technological concept is very good Mr. Mosharraf. Finally I want to say it’s not easy we can do. We need have some emotion and passion to implement this.

What I learn from this program was quite good. It makes me self-motivated. Most good things is Mr. Mosharraf working himself, and he share with us how to do and what are the obstacles throughout this program. The case study which is shown from the program was really motivated. I am honestly inspired from them. The model is quite good. I hope that senior management will take initiative stapes to implement this model here. If it is not possible I will personally want to contact with them. I am happy to be here

My name is Bharat, Additional District Coordinator of Chittoor District. This training camp inspired me. For the past 24 years I have been conducting leadership training camps with rural women. There are many fishermen in my area, especially in Lallur district and they are all self-reliant. This course is presented by Mr. Mosharraf and he has used many kinds of advice on it.I can work with this model in rural and coastal areas. Through this training program we learned many income generation tips for rural women. I have been working with RGNYD since the beginning of my career. So I’m totally into it. My name is Aruna Kouchur. Earlier I have done 2 trainings from RGNYD. From the beginning I wanted to work for rural women. I was happy to know about this program, because it was good training. I have served my purpose all I think about it. What I learned from here, Mr. Mosharraf taught us various techniques and ICT tools about wholesale, service sector and manufacturing. We call it a sustainable group in recent activities of our Nehru Yuva Kendra, such as SUTP activities.Our government’s dream of “Efficient India” can come true. My future plan is to take action for rural women. India’s population has grown rapidly in recent times and we want to see young India. About 65 crores live in villages. Now is the time to act on their behalf. Through this team of people we will try to implement all kinds of skill development activities. In my area, some training on handicrafts is already going on.

Our government’s dream of “Efficient India” can come true. My future plan is to take action for rural women. India’s population has grown rapidly in recent times and we want to see young India. About 65 crores live in villages. Now is the time to act on their behalf. Through this team of people we will try to implement all kinds of skill development activities. In my area, some training on handicrafts is already going on.A lot of training is conducted through NYK, but it only provides inputs but unfortunately no output. In my opinion, if there is no product in the training, then it is useless. If we target these activities in rural areas, it will be beneficial for them. I learned a lot from this training. Mr. David Paul’s management is very good. It also takes into account training activities, management and environment.

I am Chandra Rawalkar, District Youth Coordinator, Maharashtra. I have been working in NYK as a field worker for the past 23 years. When I got the letter from RGNYD I was very hesitant and curious about e-service. I didn’t understand. When I came here and attended training, it was actually very new to NYC. Actually 2nd time I joined here. RGNYD is very useful and international standard training center in India.So I’m proud of NYC and I’m working on the field. This training program is new and milestone for NYC. My colleague explained that this is a skill training activity. This training is very useful and necessary. This is the gold leaf of NYC. So I am very grateful to Basanti ma’am, our DGM of NYC, Mr. Mosharraf and all the staff of RGNYD.He is very happy and he uses a variety of equipment in this training program. I gained many new ideas and information about remote areas. So, I am thankful to Mosharraf sir and Mr. David.

My name is Yamen Nataraj, District Coordinator of NYK Mysore. I have been serving this institution for the past 9 years in various capacities and in various districts. When I came, this training is not a new training for me and secondly entrepreneurship is not a new subject for us. This e-Sebi model is similar to our “Student Not Rural Youth” model of NYK. So we have a program called professional training. Now it is named as a Skilled Apprenticeship Training Program.You know that NYC is the target group. This model is suitable and we can adopt it at and change it depending on location. And the 2nd thing is that the e-Sebi model is focused on girls and even our SUT program is focused on girls. The level of education of these girls is not high and they do not have much knowledge. So this activity is very beneficial. But how to implement it? We also have some limitations. My future idea is that I would make 10 volunteers in my area.I want to do it within a month. Another idea is marketing. I already asked you the question in class. India is a middle dependent country. It is not clear now. Branding is another important factor. These homemade products have to compete with factory made products. We have to face this problem. Overall this program is very good. আমি রেলওয়ে বিভাগ থেকে ধিরাজ আগারওয়াল। আমার ব্যাক্তিগত আগ্রহ থেকে আমি এনওয়াইকেতে যোগদান করেছি। যখন আমি এখানে এসেছিলাম আমি ভেবেছিলাম এই প্রশিক্ষণটি যুব নারী ক্ষমতায়নের জন্যে। কিন্তু আমরা আইসিটির ব্যাপারে জানতাম না। আমি এই প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে জেনেছি আইসিটি সরঞ্জাম কিভাবে আমাদের আয় করাতে সাহায্য করে। আমি আমার এলাকায় এই মডেলটি বাস্তবায়নের জন্যে একটি ছোট কর্মশালা আয়োজন করব এবং এর রিপোর্ট আরজিএনওয়াইডিকে পাঠিয়ে দিব। আরও একটি জিনিস আমি এখান থেকে শিখেছি তা হলো ব্যাবসা পরিকল্পনা তইরি। আমার এই ব্যাপারে আগে কোন ধরণের জ্ঞ্যান ছিলনা। আমি শিখেছি ব্যাবসা পরিকল্পনা, বাজারজাতকরণ পরিকল্পনা, এবং সেবা খাতের মত টেকসই ব্যবসা ও উতপাদন খাত। এখান থেকে ফিরে যাওয়ার পর আমি এই ব্যপারে আমার এলাকায় এবং গ্রামীণ নারীদের বল্বো। ই-সেবী মডেল আমাদের দেশের জন্যে অনেক ভাল। আমার ধারণা আই মডেলটি বাংলাদেশের জন্যে টেকসই সুতরাং, ইন্ডিয়ার জন্যেও ভাল হবে। আমার বিশ্বাস ই-সেবী মডেল বাংলাদেশের চেয়ে ইন্ডিয়াতে বেশি খাপ খাবে। আমি এই মডেলটি সামান্য পরিবর্তনের সাথে প্রয়োগ করব। ধন্যবাদ।

I am Dhiraj Aggarwal from Railway Department. I joined NYK out of personal interest. When I came here I thought this training was for empowering young women. But we didn’t know about ICT. Through this training I have learned how ICT tools help us generate income. I will organize a small workshop to implement this model in my area and send the report to RGNYD. Another thing I learned from here is business planning.E-Sebi model is very good for our country. I think the I model is sustainable for Bangladesh, so it will be good for India as well. I believe the e-Sebi model will suit India better than Bangladesh. I will apply this model with slight modifications. Thank you.

I am Shrikant Pandey from 36th grade in NYC. I am working in this same field and I have an additional district. I was happy to receive this invitation. In the 2014 era we have developed youth policies which are age group 14th to 29th. Later NYK made some changes and created the Youth Police. It inspired me a lot. In the past many youths, women were ignored and could not participate in such activities. I am here to learn about women entrepreneurship. SSG program is our field of activity.I thought I would learn special skills, energy and entrepreneurship from here. Then I will select some women entrepreneurs from my 9 blocks and create a model. I have no knowledge of ICT. My personal feeling is that the geography of Bangladesh and India are different, but the problems and resources are almost the same. Other things can be changed. As I am from tribal area, I have seen their strength, quality and resources. We will try to combine their resources with the ICT model. I’Will try to integrate the resources with the ICT model. Now marketing is another big issue. If we combine these marketing and ICT information with their local skills, capabilities and natural resources, they will develop themselves. Like Pooja Ma’am, her product was exported to Canada and also to Madhya Pradesh. Now I understand how the venture was started by a single woman in a small village, who employed others through various training and marketing programs.Our selection process and this process I learned from here are quite different. I must say it is a great process of selection. Another, view that the situation 15 years later will be explained by the old paper. Through this perspective we can develop a mindset about our goals and activities to achieve the goals. Observation of the local scene is very important. The process of realizing the observation is also good. If the population increases like this, what will be the next goal?What are the scope and goals and what do we need to do?
