Job Context

As a Proposal Writer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the organization’s growth by crafting compelling proposals tailored to the unique needs of clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with subject matter experts and project managers to gather essential information. Your responsibilities will include researching and analyzing project requirements, developing clear and persuasive proposal content, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The job demands a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. By staying abreast of industry trends and utilizing effective proposal management tools, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities and advancing the organization’s mission and goals

.Job Responsibilities

  • Read and analyze proposal documents with requirements;
  • Attend meetings and identifying opportunities for winning proposals;
  • Collaborate with the technical lead and other team members to build creative and innovative proposals;
  • Support proposal teams in drafting competitive proposals;
  • Organize information, and write accurate, responsive, compelling text for proposals;
  • Edit documents, incorporate feedback and rewrite documents in a professional and credible manner;
  • Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines;
  • Support in research, monitoring and evaluation activities as and when necessary;
  • Present proposals to potential donors/investors and programme partners;
  • Involve in program marketing as an ambassador for eSheBee;
  • Maintain consistency in proposal writing by following organization policies;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • Advance university degree in journalism, English, mass communications, social science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Must have knowledge and skills on Research design, methodology and sampling.
  • Excellent in English and Bangla writing and proof-reading skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge and skill on Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and other word processing documents.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must have excellent project and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail while being highly organized.
